Frequently Asked Questions

How do I play my music?
Our high-resolution Naim streamer supports virtually any online streaming service (Tidal, Qobuz, Apple Music, Spotify, etc.). You will simply log into your personal account on our interface when your session begins.

Can I bring my own high-res audio files?
Yes. You can bring your own digital music files on a USB drive, and we can play them directly through our system.

Do you support CDs or vinyl records?
No. At this time, our system is entirely optimized for digital high-resolution playback. We do not support physical CDs or analogue vinyl playback.

Can I bring friends to my session?
The room is meticulously tuned for a primary "sweet spot" listening experience, but you are welcome to bring guests. We recommend a maximum of 4 guests for the best acoustic experience.
